These include Galtas de porc con nueces y higos (pig trotters with walnuts and fresh figs) with honey ice cream, and calamar relleno de carne de cerdo picada en salsa almendrada de chocolate (squid stuffed with minced pork and served with an almond-flavored chocolate sauce).
