This is a magnificent Gothic structure. Its twin spires are perpetually covered with scaffolding. This Herman Bollé masterpiece is a symbol of Zagreb. Behind the main altar of this cathedral lies the sarcophagus of the Blessed Alojzije Stepinac and the 18th-century marble pulpit by Mihael Cussal.
