Center4 Hamburgers. A true jewel for anyone looking for authentic American-style hamburgers in Gifu. Extremely popular among the local foreign population, Center4 offers not only delicious fare, but a warm and inviting atmosphere decorated in 1920's & 30's American memorabilia with classic rock playing in the background to complete the experience. The adored owner, Gaku, also offers an excellent selection of imported and domestic beers. The locals here in Takayama cannot find enough good things to say about this 'hole-in-the-wall' hamburger shop.
