Charentsi 28 [23] is a fully restored two-story house turned restaurant, serving a variety of dishes from Merranean, Indian, Thai, Western Armenian, to continental cuisines. They manage to do all of these justice. There is also seating outside in the summer and fall, on the balcony or front-yard courtyard. Starters ~1200 AMD ($3), main dishes ~2600+ AMD ($7+). A 10-15 minute walk from the Opera House, across the German Embassy.
