Charm City cupcakes has two locations in Baltimore - their retail store in Mt. Vernon, at 326 N. Charles Street and their class and decorating center at 3215 N. Charles St. They offer two cupcake menus - the classic menu and the gourmet specialty menu - with 65 cupcake flavors amongst them. Cupcakes can be customized and come in both regular or min cupcake sizes perfect for little hands and those wanting a smaller bite. Guests can order cupcakes online, pick them up at their retail location or have them delivered if they live in the Greater Baltimore and D.C. areas.
