Located next door to the Press Room is its sister restaurant, the Classified Cheese Room which is an eatery cum gourmet specialty wine and cheese store that retails cheesse, olive oils, preserves, teas and wines that are sourced from around the world. The Cheese Room offers communal dining on rustic furniture and advertises its daily specials on chalkboards. The menu at the restaurant offers cured meat and cheese platters along with salads, soups and mains like risotto and pasta. The Cheese Room is home to Asia's only cheese aging room, and you can in fact sample a few before you decide to buy any, or even include them for consumption in your cheese platter. -Anjeeta Nayar
