Chenghuang Temple Market is where most locals go to buy cheap clothes and accessories. The building itself was indeed a temple originally, built way back in 1347. But if the gods saw the shopping fervor that goes on here especially at weekends they'd be rolling round in the clouds (or wherever they hang out). The market is spread over four floors, with one shop after another lining the corridors.
