About

Chez Le Per'Gras has been serving quality, traditional cuisine since 1896 when Etienne Gras founded the restaurant. At the beginning, Etienne Gras served dishes made with produce from the family farm and from hunts in the local woods. Today, Laurent Gras continues the tradition of serving local products for updated tastes. The house foie gras and gratin dauphinois are always on the menu, but guests will also find such delectable dishes as scallop carpaccio, hare à la royale, guinea fowl forestière, duck breast stuffed with calf sweetbreads, and Laurent's signature frogs' legs. Every year, the restaurant also has a stand at Grenoble's annual Christmas market, where guests can dine or purchase gourmet goodies for their own kitchen.
