Typical Uruguayan dish "Chivitos" similar to a hamburguer but with steak, egg, ham and cheese, bacon and everything else you can think of. Absolutely delicious. Not expensive at all. Very informal restaurante, more like a bar, open lunch time and dinner seven days a week. There are about 4 of these restaurants in different neighborhoods of Montevideo and one in Punta del Este.
