Set in the heart of Marbella's historic medieval core, the attractive Ciboca occupies a 500-year-old building ringed with vines and flowers. Tables are moved onto the historic square outside whenever the weather is balmy. A full roster of Spanish wines accompanies dishes that include virtually any kind of fish. We particularly like the sea bass baked in a salt crust. Also appealing is roasted lamb scented with Andalusian herbs, and tournedos served with a perfectly made béarnaise sauce. The staff is cooperative and hardworking.
