City Center One

City Center one Split shopping center is the biggest in Dalmatia. It has been opened since November 12th 2010 and it is located in Vukovarska 207 street in Split. Center's investors are mostly shareholders from Kaufmann group and Aggmore that have joined in Center one group, as well as small share of Croatian and Austrian private shareholders. Project investment is 160 million Euros. Kaufmann group has proven its experience in development and management of shopping centers throughout Central and Eastern Europe by very successful project City Center one in Zagreb. On this platform they have developed and Split City Center one managed by Croatian experts employed in Croatian company CC Real d.o.o. k.d.
