About

Clarke Quay is a historical riverside quay in Singapore, located within the Singapore River Planning Area. The quay is situated upstream from the mouth of the Singapore River and Boat Quay. Presently, five blocks of restored warehouses house various restaurants and nightclubs. There are also moored Chinese junks (tongkangs) that have been refurbished into floating pubs and restaurants. The Cannery is one of the anchor tenants of the place. With over 5 different concepts in one block, you'll be spoilt for options. Notable restaurants and nightclubs include Hooters and Indochine. River cruises and river taxies on the Singapore River can be accessed from Clarke Quay.

"The quay is brilliant at night, lively and lots of places to drink and eat. This boat trip allows you to have good look of the city. You can take real good photos of the city from the boat. "After Spent 4 weeks in Singapore, one evening We Went to Clarke Quay, which is apparently one of the places to be in Singapore...really nice area along the river. Cannot say enough great things about The Pump Room...they make their own beer, great food, AND a LIVE BAND + Dancing! If you've got a pulse, you won't be able to resist getting onto the floor...big smiles all around...lots of fun! Best to be casual and look smart. The place comes to life around 9:00 PM and goes on until 3 AM. A bit expensive but got what you paid for. "This place is to enjoy both during day & night, Enjoy to access the river cruise and taxi at the day with family, walk across the riverside of Clarke quay. At Night enjoy the nightlife with many options of restaurants, bars and nightclubs on the long stretch of Clarke quay, when the music is playing loud in each Nightclub till late.
