Since 2004 and it's days in Hyde Park, Cocolat has grown and now has a well established and efficient artisan kitchen based in Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills supplying all Cocolat stores. The Cocolat kitchen now produces gelato to the finest of traditional recipes and can boast both state and national awards for it's fantastic flavours and smooth creamy texture. In fact in both 2011 and 2012 Cocolat was given Australia's 'best ice cream award' at the National Dairy Association Awards. Not bad for a company that produces everything from a little town in the Adelaide Hills.
