One of the oldest museums in Sri Lanka this museum is about the Asian Civilization. It exhibits a vast collection of books, archaic palm leaf manuscripts, bronze brass ware, rock sculptures from the ancient cities and royal weapons of Sri Lankan kings, interesting paintings and an excellent collection of antique demon masks.
