Unlike most establishments serving European food, Colvmbvs does not specialize in cuisine from a particular nation, but instead offers a wide range of dishes from countries such as France, Italy and Spain. The Pan-Fried Dover Sole in Chardonnay White Wine Sauce is very popular. In addition to the old-age ambiance, you are treated to fine panoramic views of Jakarta (the restaurant is perched on the 14th floor of Gran Melia Hotel). Splendid!
