Connolly's Bar is owned and run by Cathal and Olga. It has been in the Connolly family for generations and, in October 2009, it celebrated its 101st anniversary.Connolly's is well known countrywide for its live traditional music and sessions, which are held at least three times a week. All sessions commence at 21.30, except for Sundays when sessions begin at 17.00.In summer, sitting at the bay window, or outside the bar, you can enjoy your refreshments overlooking Kinvara and Galway Bay; and, during the winter time, you may prefer to cosy up to a roaring open fire.
