Cooks Academy was founded by Vanessa and Tim Greenwood in May 2005. They offer a variety of courses, including ‘Men Only’, ‘Discover Morocco’ and ‘Cute cupcakes and icing’ to name but a few. The school has a demonstration theatre to fit up to 80 people and hands on facilities for up to 72. It is a purpose build premises with state of the art equipment and resources. They offer evening classes, 1 week and 2 week courses as well as weekend workshops, so students are guaranteed to find something to suit their needs.
