Cork Wine Cafe

Cork Wine Cafe is a tiny wine bar located directly across from the Central Market on Gouger st in Adelaide. We specialise in organic, biodynamic and natural wines made by producers both locally and abroad. All of the wines on our regularly changing list are hand selected by owners Michelle & Travis Tausend and are often rare and the only place you can taste them in South Australia. In the kitchen, we provide small snacks and plates such as Rillettes, pâté, charcuterie. Everything is sourced locally and put together by the the team at cork with one eye on the wine list to create wine and food matches across both menus. Like our wines, our small but interesting cheese list is ever changing and always has something for the end of the evening that can be matched to wine, beer and spirits alike.
