Located at the entrance of Redfern's multi-arts institution at Carriageworks, Cornerstone Bar and Food couples its gritty industrial fit out with a share plate menu. The quirky urban design was created by hot restaurant and bar designers, Humphries and Edwards, who've created an eclectic mix of the original industrial aesthetics combined harmoniously with modern touches including two very striking hanging gardens, suspending centre stage like disco balls from the 10 ton gantry cranes. Fresh Catering takes charge of the menu, sourcing local suppliers and products for both the beverage and food menus with Little Marionette Coffee, Young Henrys beer and local meats.
