Cremeux produces a variety of pastries and cakes along with savories like croissants and patsies. With 16 varieties of cake, 4 varieties of dry cake and 12 varieties of savories made daily at the bakery in Santa Cruz, the products speak of quality of the ingredients. The 33 year old chief proprietor makes the most of the ingredients from Goa but has to occasionally import certain items from other parts of the country, "Most of the raw materials are from Goa itself, but some items like the Mascarpone cheese is imported from Gujarat and other ingredients like blueberries from Mumbai. The main aim behind importing from within the country is to balance out the cost of products and the consumer price," explains Vincent.
