There are so many things to love about Da Bossi; its tasteful and authentic Tuscan décor, its cheerful and professional servers, or its warm and homey ambiance. However, my favourite part of Da Bossi is something that often goes unnoticed, the entrance.The entrance to Da Bossi is cloaked in black cloth; the purpose of which, I imagine, is to allow one to focus on the aroma. The smell of a real wood fire blends perfectly with the complex but subtle scent of an Italian kitchen. While the effect is inviting, even after one passes through this extended threshold, it never overpowers.
