The Japanese masters of culinary delights such as the (really quite spicy) Teppan-Yaki Menus are pure professionals, although seem to be quite literally juggling ingredients! Appetising seafood Happen Sushi-sets are created by talented fish chefs in the Otaru section of the restaurant.
