About
De' Medici is elegantly modern, and the chefs make it their goal to startle and amaze diners with zesty flavors. The menu lists an array of tried-and-true dishes, with concessions to whatever was available in the market that day. The marinated sweetbreads over sautéed eggplant or medallions of veal in puff pastry are both unusual and excellent. The fish here is particularly well prepared, including a succulent version of sea bass baked (for two diners) in a salt crust.
