Their specialty is an adaptation of a meaty favorite: balik kavurma, a preparation of the flakiest Mediterranean catch in a traditional earthenware pan. The fried ice cream is an unexpected delight, and the restaurant's nonsmoking room and unpretentious surroundings make the meal all the more enjoyable.
