It's almost obligatory to have an ice-cream to hand while strolling along the Cairns Esplanade. John and Lorraine Devine make theirs fresh every day, and offer 18 flavours, with several old favourites supplemented by some special or seasonal flavours. It's all made on site with local fruit in their sorbets as well as creamy gelato made with premium ingredients such as Lindt chocolate.
