About

A popular landmark in the city of Mumbai, Diamond Garden is located in the central suburbs of the city. Officially known as Narayan Gajanan Acharya Udyan (named after a freedom fighter), the place is more prominent as the Chembur Garden. The garden is nothing more than a big stretch of green land in the midst of the city. A few stalls serving food can be found inside the park along with a few other hawkers. The place is a very common meeting point for different age groups. Maintained by the City Park Council, the park has a jet which was used during the country's historic 1971 war with Pakistan in the center and also a small temple.
