Beef cuts of cowboy-size portions are the highlight here, where the striploin is served and carved at your table. The menu lists roasted bone marrow; pan fried foie gras with a sweet Muscat reduced sauce and grapes; duck fat roasted potatoes; prime cuts ( nicely char-grilled with a pinkish center); and desserts such as black forest pavlova with fresh cherries and Baileys whipped cream; and a selection of cheeses. The décor is modern - not a lot of color but there are mirrors, blackboards and industrial lighting. The weekend brunch crowd is hooked on their Brilliant Brunch '“ perfect to read the papers over a leisurely glass of bubbly.
