The largest duty-free complex in Malaysia. It has a hotel and convention centre, a floating restaurant with a popular nightclub and a five-level shopping podium. This shopping paradise is strategically sited on a 17acres of prime land at the end of Jalan Ibrahim Sultan in Stulang, Johor Bahru.The zone comprises of four level shopping podium, with 350,000 square feet of shopping area and a 503 room of International class hotel above the shopping complex.
