Ebisu in Custom House is an authentic Japanese restaurant and Sushi bar. At Ebisu you can make a complete meal out of the Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura. Alternatively, you can order the 10 course for around DKK575 which has a soup, deep fried tofu, marinated salmon, Sashimi among others. The meal ends with apple terrine with vanilla-ginger ice cream. The restaurant observes many Japanese traditions, the most important being socializing while dining. You can watch as your dinner is prepared in the open kitchen or even chat up the chef. Ebisu has a large charcoal grill, the robota yaki around which you can have a fun dining experience.
