The story of the Three Wise Men as they traveled to Bethlehem are the subjects of this national holiday. Celebrated over two days, it is more for children than adults, but all participate in the festivities that include singing and dancing. Processions held around town provide candy to children on the parade route. The night before, tradition calls for children to put their shoes outside, in hopes that gifts will be found inside them in the morning. Food vendors and artisans offer local fare and cuisine. Admission is free.
