This Arizona Center Cajun bar and restaurant is usually as jam-packed as Bourbon Street at Mardi Gras. The place has a loud and lively atmosphere complete with Mardi Gras memorabilia and Xydeco music. An entire wall of frozen drink mixers forms the back of the bar area. Cajun entrees such as jambalaya, etouffee, muffeletta sandwiches and po'boys are featured, plus a plethora of frozen cocktails.
