This "pocket" opera festival couldn''t have a more fitting venue: the Malic Theatre, which is most likely the tiniest of its kind in Barcelona. Both the novelty and the success of the festival lies in the size of the small stage; traditional operas are adapted in order to be represented in a limited space and new staging techniques are creatively explored.
