Domestic, rural and traditional ways of life in the agrarian economy of the Maltese Islands are shown inside Folklore Museum, within the walls of the Citadel in Rabat, Gozo. A cluster of houses, which dates back to the very beginning of the 16th century hosts the museum till 1983. This is a testimony to the many skills, crafts and traditions that have shaped everyday life on the islands.
