The Forte di Gav is a fortress historic purely defensive type built on a pre-existing  castle  of origin medieval.It is state property and is used as a museum.Inside the fortress,which is inserted in the Open Castles, held periodically costumed historical re-enactments,lectures,debates,exhibitions, photographic and pictorial.It is in the process of defining the project for the use of the structure for performances  of various art,music and theater.Timings for   summer is  9.30 hr to 17 .30 hr.
