The North African equivalent of the Oriental Caravanserai, a Foundouk, is essentially a building with multiple functions. It has served weary travelers as a guest house and caravans as a trading point, but now it has an all new function. The Foundouk is a perfect setting for a restaurant with elegant views and intimate dining space. Wine is served and the meats are succulent. Pick anything on the menu, you can't go wrong. You can also simply enjoy having a drink on the nice roof-terrace.
