Gahyo is an authentic, Korean-run restaurant in central Jakarta noted for serving a wide selection of Korean foods—including some hard-to-find dishes. Among the most popular items on the menu are Teuk Yangnyem Galbi (Prime Shortribs, Boneless, Marinated in Sauce) and Capchee (Korean Fried Glass Noodle). For something a little different, connoisseurs of Korean food will find the Teuk Yang (Prime Beef Tripe) intriguing. Inside, the restaurant is roomy and traditionally decorated. Eat at one of the tables or sitting down on a tatami mat.
