The Geppos restaurant was created from the idea of launching in Fortaleza differentiated pizza and flatbread. Thinking of this, in 1989, founded a franchise pizza restaurant Paulista Micheluccio. With continued growth, the franchise was replaced by a pizzeria independent, the Gepetto's.
