Gioia Mia (Joy-ah Mee-ah) translates to "my joy". The Executive Chef, Fabrizio Pace chose this name to express his joy in bringing his culinary talents directly to you. Pace's recipes come from his hometown region of Central Italy & this unique, authentic selection of Italian cuisine is sure to please your palette. Everything from the bread to the dessert are made in house & all dishes are prepared to order. Freshness is of utmost importance to Pace. If you desire something special, do not hesitate to ask.
