About

Gurudwara Tuti Gandhi Sahib is considered to be the last battlefield of Guru Gobind Singh, who fought here in 1705. A festival, in the month of January, is celebrated in memory of the forty Sikh warriors who died while fighting against the Mughal Empire. The place was renamed from Kidhrani di Dhab to Shri Muktsar Sahib and a gurudwara was constructed here for honouring the Sikh warriors. This gurudwara has a scared 'sarovar' where devotees take a dip during the Magh Mela.
