Hardy's is the place to hear folk music and sing along drunkenly to old favorites. Inside, one wall is festooned with antiquated clocks and a selection of acoustic guitars, perhaps the former guitars of folk singers long since gone. Unlike some of the surrounding bars, Hardy's is not open-fronted so it gets stuffy inside, but if you have sampled enough ale you probably will not notice.
