You get to select two entrées out of a choice of seven, served with a bowl of sticky rice. Of our picks, the buta no shoga yaki (sautéed grilled pork with sweet ginger sauce) and the ebimayo (batter-fried prawns with sweet mayonnaise sauce) were the highlights. The glazed strips of pork were tender, juicy and not too fatty, while the sweet prawns, enrobed in a gossamer layer of crunchy gold batter, offered a pleasing contrast of textures in every bite.
