Hill Picket Studio creates a unique contemporary range of food presentation boards for cheese, charcuterie, fruit and vegetables. This is supported with some items of cutlery such as cheese knives, kitchen knives and carving sets. Using a selection of native hardwoods, each item is handmade and finished in the studio. Hill Picket Studio offer fine wood work courses in furniture making, guitar and violin making. The fine wood work sessions vary in duration from one day projects, two day projects and longer term and more detailed programs. Hill Picket Studio caters for individuals of all ages and levels of experience, from the absolute beginner to the more advanced. They offer a course date schedule for individuals and couples and can provide alternative dates for groups and one to one consultations by appointment. There is good off road parking, a toilet facility and a small retail corner in the studio which provides an opportunity to meet with the makers. Customers can view and purchase items online also.
