There are restaurants that you enter and are instantly smitten. Hubertus and Elio is not one of them. Yet its dark interior, kitschy paintings highlighting the hunting theme, and poppy Polish tracks playing in the background houses a gem. The love begins when you start conversing with the cheerful and courteous staff and indulge in the ambitious menu filled with reasonably-priced dishes, seafood specialties, Italian staples and grilled delicacies. Highlights include the King Prawn Risotto, Red Caviar with Eggs, Lamb Shiskebab and Prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham with melons).
