Iga Idungaran is the Palace of the Traditional Head of Lagos, Known as Oba of Lagos. Iga Idugaran was built by the Portuguese and presented as a gift to the Oba. The palace used to be used to plant pepper hence the name Pepper Palace.The palace has undergone renovations.The palatial residence of the local monarch, the Oba of Lagos.It is a reminder of traditions, culture and traditional institutions.
