We were tired of the fast-food style pizzas in the region and we just couldn't wait between trips to visit New York and have their amazing pizzas. So we decided to bring New York hear and not any NY pizza but a pizza you could compare to the best and long established NY pizzerias. We want to make a pizza made by people and not by machines. A crust baked in a traditional hearth oven (We call our giant oven Luca Brasi) and not a commercial conveyor "oven" (which is nothing more than a big toaster). Pizza made with quality and fresh ingredients. A pizza that is prepared with attention and respect to our customers. And most importantly is that we heard that Pizzerias make a very good front business!!!!
