A lift whisks you up to the intimate and luxurious dining room. Upon arrival, you'll be led to your table by very friendly and courteous staff. Reservations are recommended, however, staff will do their best to accommodate if none have been made (as I've encountered before). Expect immaculately presented dishes, prepared with properly sourced ingredients, to arrive at your table such as pan roasted scallops with garlic cream and crispy prosciutto, fettuccine with wild boar ragout and blackberries and Sardinian roasted suckling pig ( a personal favorite). Some dishes, especially pastas, are ample and can be shared. In the kitchen, Chef Samuele Alvisi churns out lavish menus - he's passionately concerned that you love his food (it's hard not to). The wine list is extensive while the service is impeccable (your glass is never left empty for too long). There are also private rooms for romantic dining or for parents with children. Arrive early and head straight for their roof-top bar to enjoy chic cocktails and a stunning view of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It's definitely a restaurant that you'd go to for a special occasion - therefore it's important to take your time to savor the experience.
