About

Inch House is located in the heart of a working village farm. This Georgian house was built by the landed Catholic Ryan family in 1720 and has been tastefully restored by John and Nora Egan over the last 25 years. The Egan family will welcome you to their home and offer you excellent local and Irish produce on their menus in their restaurant, while consuming the gorgeous food, sit back and choose from an extensive wine list and enjoy friendly and efficient service. The locally sourced food is of excellent quality and many of the fruits and vegetables are grown at this working, 18th century farmhouse. The restaurant opens five nights and offers an extensive array of choice for both the food and wine connoisseur. Each of the five bedrooms at Inch House are spacious and elegantly decorated. All are individually styled yet offer the same standards and amenities. They are beautifully appointed with antique furniture and tasteful embellishments fitting to this Georgian Country House. All rooms offer still and sparkling Tipperary water refreshed daily, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer (hair appointments can be arranged on request), fresh cotton towels, white crisp bed linen and luxurious throws for all the beds. Extra pillows and Foxford blankets are also available. Inch House provides the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding region, including a multitude of walking routes, cycle routes, horse-riding, food trails, fishing and hunting, aswell as plenty of Gaelic sporting activities to discover. The area has an abundance of Norman and Medieval history, including many castles, ring forts and abbeys and is the home of the famous Rock of Cashel.
