Keen walkers and hikers will be just a short distance from many hills and mountains including the peaks of the Twelve Bens and many of Connemara’s verdant and scenic walks. Golfers will be able to challenge their handicap at the wonderfully located Connemara Golf Club sitting out on Galway’s most extreme point, while anglers will be able to indulge in either sea fishing or alternatively dropping a line in one of the many lakes within convenient reach of the B&B.
