Jama Masjid refers to the main mosque of a town, city or village, and is usually the place of gathering for Eid prayers and Friday prayers. These are sometimes called Congregational mosques or Friday mosques. The building with its rectangular open forecourt has no minarets but its sandstone domes have a striking marble patterning.Opening hours in  wi nter 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m summer - 7.00 a.m - 600 p.m.
