Karen Morgan has designed and handmade her beautiful range of porcelain functional and decorative ware. This Autumn she opened the doors to her new Design Studio and Gallery on Market St, Thomastown Co.kilkenny.Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of the River Nore, her unique innovative designs have won a number of National Awards. Each piece is designed and handmade in Ireland by Karen on the potters wheel using a fine white porcelain, as you can see from the distinctive throwing marks. You can watch her at work and browse through the stylish shop which is a stunning display of handmade porcelain decorative vessels and tableware.
